1. Check the appearance of the machine carefully according to the contract, and check whether the model and accessories of the machine are consistent with your product specifications.
2. Check whether the parts of the machine are damaged during transportation.
3. The machine should be placed carefully during transportation.
4. This equipment has been installed and debugged before leaving the factory, and all inspections have been passed before leaving the factory. You only need to prepare 220V power supply and gas source (pressure is 6~8 kg, and the gas volume reaches 0.17 cubic meters per second) at your place. The waste cleaning mold is installed according to the actual product waste cleaning hole size.
5. Connect the three-phase 220v power supply, and the air pipe is connected to the air compressor.
6. Press the power switch, put the product on the working platform, use the paper stopper to position the product, turn on the switch to “manual”, and install the ejector pin in the empty position.
7. After the ejector is installed, press the up and down switches to check whether the ejector is aligned with the hole. After alignment, turn the switch to “automatic”.
8. Enter the working state, put the paper no higher than the paper plate each time, and the products are neatly placed, and then step on the foot switch.
9. The machine is equipped with a safety induction optical fiber. When entering the automatic working program, if a person puts his hand into the working platform, the machine will stop working immediately to ensure the safety of the operator.
